To truly make our contribution to the world, we must continue to teach, heal, write and reach out even on the days that we don’t really ‘feel’ like it.
This week I’m honoured to be featured on the Butterfly Temple’s blog with my article ‘The Anatomy of Your Soul Purpose.’
You can read it here:
One thing that fascinates me about being a coach is that so often I hear clients telling me that they know exactly what their purpose is yet they’re frightened to admit it out loud and frightened of the responsibility that might come with following through with their mission.
If you’re unsure of how to get traction and how to navigate your purposeful and most brilliant path, having a coach to guide you is one of the most powerful ways to propel you forward.

POSTNATAL DEPLETION – IS THIS YOU?
I’ve been writing alongside the amazing Dr Oscar Serrallach, who has coined the term ‘Postnatal Depletion’ after seeing one too many women nutritionally deficient and bereft following childbirth.
We’ve been over the moon to have an article published in GOOP (Gwyneth Paltrow’s blog) http://goop.com/postnatal-depletion-even-10-years-later . GP believes she’s got Postnatal depletion and so do many of the GOOP staff apparently!
We’ve also had 2 great articles published in ninemsn supporting this important and profound work for mothers. Check This One Out Here
If you recognise yourself in these articles, I warmly invite you to join the list so that we can keep you posted about the book with regular updates here: http://www.OscarSerrallach.com
