Welcome back for another beautiful week of Sacred Women’s Business.
Here in the Byron Shire, we’re preparing for one of our most loved festivals featuring conscious evolutionaries, esteemed yoga teachers and musicians as well as dearly loved local identities.
If you live near Byron Bay why don’t you come and join me for an uplifting weekend full of uplifting talks, classes and workshops? I’m so excited to announce that I’ll be teaching a yoga class at Uplift on Sunday 14th Dec to help bring your nervous system back into balance if you’ve been feeling a little frazzled, stressed and need some tender, loving self-care. I’d love to see you there and here’s all the details:
ANOTHER BEST SELLER
This week I’ve been so excited to discover that the anthology I contributed a chapter to called Gratitude – it’s like glitter for the soul has reached #1 in 3 categories on kindle. What a lovely surprise! It’s such a buzz seeing a book that I’m part of being situated alongside Esther Hicks in the new age section of Amazon. You can pick up your copy right here on Amazon. There’s nothing more potent than a regular gratitude practice. Being grateful for the things you’re most challenged by can stand you in a major position to alchemise dark into light. According to the Agni Yogis, we are moving from the dark times of Kali Yuga to the light of Satya Yuga. It’s up to each and every one of us to transmute and heal our darker and denser selves and one of the perfect ways to do this is to practice gratitude. The chapter I wrote is on a subject very dear to my heart and is called Be Grateful for You – Letting the Real You Shine Through. You are perfectly imperfect just the way you are. That’s the best way to be isn’t it? Gloriously imperfect, unique and one of a kind?
